Piper Conrad
Piper Conrad draws on 10+ years of experience to provide strategic direction and day-to-day communications support for clients. Piper works with MSBD, Inc. clients to define and advance a consistent brand message through the full range of marketing tools including PR, sales collateral, advertising, events, employee communications, and social media.
Piper has designed and supported the PR and marketing campaigns of a number of government and technology clients including VeriSign, Check Point Software, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, SIGNAL Corporation (now part of General Dynamics), and Software AG. Piper also brings a depth of experience in managing the internal and external communications around Merger & Acquisition activity.
Piper also served as the Manager of Marketing Communications for Apogen, a $250 million government IT contractor. For Apogen, Piper drove the strategy and execution of the Company’s internal and external communication including media relations, advertising, marketing material, and employee communications vehicles.
Piper is active in Women in Technology (WIT), serving on the board of directors and chairing the membership committee. Five years ago, she was awarded the WIT Chair of the Year honor for her work on the Leadership Awards program. Piper holds a bachelor’s in Public Communications from American University.
